                                     So this is Christmas & what have we done?                                      Another year over & new ones just begun. It is quite unbelievable to me that in just 4 more days the Jolly Man will be making his rounds, stopping by after the kids are sleeping - which is only for about 20 minutes on Christmas eve, you know - there being excitement in the air and all.  Then it will be hours upon hours of opening gift after gift. Each child squealing as they get "what they want" but at the same time complaining because the other one received something far better.         Since I started this blog, I have only been writing about my Keto journey so far and yes, I know it has only been about 3 days but still I did promise myself at the start that I would be doing this so maybe one day my kids could look back at a low point, getting some kind of kick out of what a kook their Mother could be.  I am going to step away from the kitchen for a moment so that you can know just how a day can start around here for me.      Awhile back, years ago, my daughter Saisha who resides in Montana had pretty much begged me to watch her cat for about 2 weeks while she moved. Now this cat, Sammy was no ordinary cat. He was a larger then life tiger. I swear to you that he must have weighed 50 pounds or more. He was a beauty though with long orange and white fur.
