(a) Peanut Butter Kiss the Hershey's Way.
Peanut Butter & Hershey's Kisses Pie (Recipe)
Lucee' came home from school the other day after going to library during her just about 8 hours away from the stead and excitedly handed me a cook book she had checked out. A cook book. Well, I am always up for a little baking fun so I went a head - sitting down with her, making mental notes on what looked good, what we would eat and what we would create.
Let me tell you - Lucee' had no problem picking a treat from each page that showed a picture of the finished project next to it.
The first thing we made was a shopping list and then came this pie.
I am putting the recipe down here in case you might want to try it too - I just know that we more then likely will be making it again - I think more towards a better Season to savor it so I say Summer Time and with that being said - we need to keep tabs on how to do it since this book will long have to be returned to school before the time comes of making t his all over again.

Fold rest of *Cool Whip into Peanut Butter mixture.
Spoon into pie crust over (hardened) Chocolate layer.
Cover and place in refrigerator for about 6 hours.
Remove: Garnish with reserved *Cool Whip & Kisses.
Note to self: Make sure you add the milk to the chocolate before melting as
this was rather hard to cut into.
Note to self: Make sure to leave in refrigerator full 6 hours to set up.
Note to self: This was a huge hit but Jake doesn't eat pie 😠
